- Run-of-House Rooms: $250.00* (includes resort fee; original rate $180.00 + $70 fee)
- Palisades View Rooms: $275.00* (includes resort fee; original subsidized rate $205.00 + $70 fee)

🔑 Room Allocation
- Each practice may reserve one room under the IAVMA event block.
- Business members will be given priority for room assignments.
- Any remaining rooms will be made available to general members on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability.
We strongly encourage early reservations to ensure accommodations at the event venue.
